1 half cups banana blossom sliced and cleaned
40 grams Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix
half of cup floor pork
8 portions shrimp shell and head eliminated
five pieces Thai chili pepper
1 piece onion chopped
four cloves garlic minced
Ground black pepper to flavor
1 half cups water
three tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
Slice banana blossom into skinny pieces. Soak in half of cup vinegar for 15 minutes. Rinse and wring tight. Set apart.
Combine Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix and water. Stir till powder dilutes absolutely. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pot. Add garlic and cook until it starts to brown.

Add ground pork. Cook till red meat turns mild brown.
